RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges

We will exchange your item in the rare case that it is defective, damaged or has missing parts. Please note that exchanges will not be given for change of mind purposes. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and will process your replacement (excluding postage).

 

Refunds

We will replace your item in the rare case that it is defective or damaged. Please note that no refunds will be given for change of mind purposes. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and will process your refund (excluding postage) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Shipping

If you have been offered a refund or an exchange, you can return it to us at any time to inspect - please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We will cover the shipping costs if:

a. The Item is defective
b. The item is not as advertised/described

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it gets delivered to us.
